I've been having this problem for quite some time now, whats a good way to keep ur eyes open without blinking...In almost all my pictures i look drunk or sleepy...lol...

No. I could say relax but that would not help. I have a mother in law and she has the same problem.
There are a few pictures taken by a pro and they are the only ones she looks really good on (not drunk or asleep as you say)
He counted backwards 5, 4, 3, click. But now you know and it probably will not work on you anymore...but you could try.

ask the person taking the picture to count down from 3 so when he gets to 1 that is when he takes the picture..close your eyes and when the photographer says 1 open your eyes..and smile!

Look slightly to the right or the left of the person taking the phone. Pictures seem to come. Most models do it.

when i have a photo taken i make myself look just a tiny bit above the camera that way they look open but i dont look like i am staring at the ceiling. U might try this at home a few times with your digital camera or camera on your cell phone - thats how i "perfected" it in my case.

I've found that looking just above the flash is easier on the eyes. that way you are still looking at the camera but aren't completley blinded!

don't look directly onto the flash... look a bit above or a bit below the camera... that might work
