Why? Is there any way to remove it without downloading any thing. I don't wanna download any more problems.

Add and remove programs is where I'm trying to delete it not working.

try to uninstall it. but close all window first.
make sure your not using firefox.
is this does not work boot on safe mode,
restart computer, hit F8 before windows starts, then choose safe mode. uninstall it in add remove programs.

are you setup as a administrator on your computer if not then go to the user/users account that is and it should remove fine (i have fire fox and have removed it and had no problems
PS you also may have a virus causing you problems, run a up to date virus scan on you computer (or use a on-line free one) i recommend a installed one with everything up to date)
if you still cant remove it reinstall it you might have got a bad install or have deleted the uninstall file reinstalling should fix that.

if you wanna remove it, go to start > control panel > add or remove programs, find firefox on the list, click on and remove it.

You can't just delete programs, you have to go to add/remove programs on your control panel.
