Dear peaple , I wrote to Yahoo previously asking about my mail I believe had been hacked because my password is suddenly rejected. I am so disappointed no help has been given. What can I do to ask for a new password and retrieve my mail when I can't remember the zip code I entered previously? It is such a disgrace if Yahoo! does not provide alternatives to handle such cases.In my country, unlike the US, zip code aint popular at all. We don't use such data often. I was about to register full service by credit card, for Yahoo! with no ads, but now I am so disturbed and highly disappointed! Pleeeeeeeeeeease HELP?

All you can do at this point is to create a new account. Maybe you should write down all of the information and put it in a safe place. And use a much stronger password.

didn't you have a secret question? and if you do not have zip code in your country why did you register one? With that only you can help yourself. Retrace your steps.
And did you try the little "forgot password?" link under the password box?

there is no alternet for this, if its paid yahoo mail then u can contect them with your credit card details. may be they will help u. coz if they will start helping all like u are asking everyone can know anyones password like this... may be i will say them that your id is mine id and i lost password help me.... get me? so.... try with your card:) see ya....:)
