I was going to say calcium deficiency but decided to look it up...
Turns out it might be something else (heck it's not even calcium, it's zinc or protein if it is a deficiency at all)...shows you how much WE know...

haha i remember when i was a kid my grandma told me, the white spots means someone has a crush on me..so i use to count them and feel proud of myself :P
