First of all, what mother and father would create a monstrosity that JB was (may she rest in peace). The parents are 100% to blame to make an innocent girl behave like an old lady of the night - it's gross

I'm still clueless as to who committed the murder of JonBenet Ramsey. They let John Mark Karr go because his DNA didn't match the killer's DNA. The DA of Boulder, Colorado feels stupid though when the had John Mark Karr extradited from Bangkok. They had a couple of days to get his DNA when he was in Thailand rather than going through all that trouble for nothing. As for John Mark Karr, he will go back to California to face child pornography charges.

He was released because the DNA tests didn't match. It was a complete and utter waste of taxpayers money to fly him back from Thailand, and flying 1st class at that, and they are now admitting they really had no evidence on him before they flew him back to the US. I said last week that maybe he wanted to come back home and didn't have the money, so made up the story of murdering JonBenet, knowing he would be sent home. He had a fixation with the case, and my personal opinion is the man has a mental illness, and would do anything to get in the medias attention.

They let Karr go because the DNA evidence did not match him, so their case fell apart. I think he is crazy enough that he actually believes he did it since he knew so much about the case. In my opinion, it was an inside job. I'm wanting to say the older brother or the mother did it. Probably out of jealous. I could be wrong, and I don't think this case will ever be solved.

They let John Mark Karr go because his DNA sample did not match the sample along with JonBenet Ramsey. However, JonBenet Ramsey's real killer is out there, somewhere in the world.

They messed up and let the thrill rule the law. He "confessed", so they jumped right in, wined and dined him, and grought him to the USA. Thing is, they had nothing to show he did it, no evidence at all. Everything he said was either public knowledge, or wrong. And you could tell he was lying from the news reports showing him "confessing". No one bats their eyes like that when they tell the truth, especially about something like this. He was fibbing from the beginning. I think he was facing serious jail time in Thailand, and used this as a way to get out of it. They should ship his pervert butt back to Bangkok where he can spend some real jail time. As far as who killed her for eal, who knows? I don't think we'll ever know unless they accidently stumble across the DNA that matches what they got from the scene. It'll be one of those deals where someone gets arrested for a crime someplace and their DNA comes up with a match for this case.

He didn't kill her. He knew that American justice and prisons are a better place to be than those in Thailand and wanted to get out of Thailand and the charges they had on him. It was a brilliant maneuver and thus far it's working. Further, I think the charges in California are too old to prosecute and the evidence and witnesses will not hold up. I think before long he will be a free man who beat the system.

Firstly, why you would want to follow this case is a bit of a sick fascination.
Secondly, the reason he was not charged with her murder, is because even tho is is a very sick, twisted, perverted man, he was not even in the same state as Jonbenet when she was murdered. While he may have his own perverted fantasies and wish he had, he simply is a sick delusional man whom now known to the authorities as such, it won't be long until they find some other kind of evidence on him to lock his sorry *** up for life.

They let him go because his DNA did not match, i think the reason he confessed was because he was going to send along
time in a foreign prison, and instead he decided to fess up so they would bring him back to the usa to serve time here. There is a big difference in the way inmates are treated
