There isn't any definitive "English dictionary." Each one will have a different longest word.
I believe the longest in the English is floccinaucinihilipilification, which at 29 letters is one letter longer than antidisestablishmentarianism, which is much more well known and usually considered "longest word." I think antidis... is included in the OED.
