sometimes life just gets us down for no reason..i was suffering from a bout of depression which i have no idea where it comes from. Maybe it's just a phase in life that we hve to go thru. i'm still suffering from mild depression and am trying hard not to think about it by getting myself busy..hope you can get over it soon!

Take a long walk, watch the scenery around you as you walk, let your mind open up. Try not to dwell on anything at the moment save for what you see, hear, smell and feel. It helps me when I'm distressed/down. My mind sort of unravels and all the negative energy (bad thoughts, etc) dissipate.

go outside,take a deep breath,close your eyes as your lungs fill with the fresh air.exhale all the bad feelings,put a smile on your face,then get out go for a walk,go shopping,go visit a friend or do some charity work,that always gets me in a better mood knowing that there are people out there worse of than me.Good luck God bless:O)

Get your blood pressure checked. I found out I had High Blood pressure at 16. Or find something to do that is relaxing and figure out what is triggering your anxiety.
