How do you reach Katie, Jane, etc. via e-mail?
Is the correct format something like:
y_answrs_katie@yahoo.com?
And do they respond?
Anyone here contacted them before?

(no e in either word answers)
I personally haven't needed to e-mail them, but I know other regular users of the forum have and have had responses.
If it's about site abuse, however, they usually redirect to:
answers-abuse@cc.yahoo-inc.com
