You need a hack saw, phillips screw driver,ruler,drill with masonary bit,silicone caulk,and read the instructions.

Could you be more specific with your problem? I mean, go buy one and read the instructions. If you bought one and lost the instructions, google the company name and ask for them to be emailed or faxed.
