no i dont really have any family my mother has passed, and my dads a pensioner, i built the house up on my own and this bloke just walked in and out of my life and now im going to have nothing.

Have you contacted your Social Security Service? The social welfare? The church where you belong? Municipality public assistance? Family? Friends? The father of your children? Find a second job?
Can't you deal with your landowner? Ask for some time credit?

If your ex is the father of your babies, hold him in court.Were you legally married ?Bet not.
Here's what you do. Get in touch with a "Hawk"
sleezo realestate guy who will swing a Distress sale deal with you overnight. Get $10,000 at least in your pocket from the deal right away. No checks. Have him pay for 1st. and last on an apt. in a good part of town, (another town in another State,) and he pays for the moving company and a second hand car for you and the kids. You should be in your new home wiothin 24 hours or less and $10,000. in your pocket, not to be disclosed to any one.It's legal but real slick. My mom did it.
