Nepal the country? Between India and Tibet? It's a country in it's own right and doesn't belong to a state, it was a principality but not sure if it still is. As a country in it's own right different areas have different zip codes.

First the ZIP code is strictly American; they would have a postal code.
Second, they may not even have a postal code, so you could write the letter
