There are a few 'internet' terms out there and many urban dictionaries explaining what they mean. But i'll state a few of the more common ones here based on my experience of forums + online games:
LOL - Laugh Out Loud
ROFL - Roll On Floor Laughing
LMAO - Laugh My A*** Off
FTW - For the Win
QFT - Quoted for Truth (used to indicate agreement)
WTF - What The F***

LOL means Laughing Out Loud! or Lots of Love but I mostly use it as Laughing Out Loud!

if you have msn ( messenger a chat line with you and your friends) you some time use the Fraze l.o.l that means laugh out loud or lots of love. you use that when u write some thing funny to each other or for saying lots of love that's when you are saying bye. we use that so its quicker and easier for instance ( this will be written in text language) iya ow u doin i wna tel ya a jke nd i fink its funi lol. now i will write it proply hi ya how are you doing? i want to tell you a joke and i think it is funny laugh. out. loud. i hope you understand
