There certainly can be an end to large-scale corruption but only when public consciousness is awakened and African society abandons its fixation with the "Big Man" and insists on justice and probity.

Sadly, imperial days, and even in the days of pariah regimes in Southern Rhodesia and South Africa, the justice system was worthy of respect, at least in the way it treated POLITICAL EQUALS. Today, in too many countries, justice is for sale. And the money supply is depreciated by blatant theft of treasury assets.

Zimbabwe is the quintessential example of this.

The only places in the world to develop great civilizations are East Asia, Europe, & North America. Africa, & all the other continents have been living in darkness for 12,000 years & it is unlikely that will change.

However individual Africans can be brilliant in a Western system of government

Very difficult.... like in every 3er world country, with the very poor and
the rich, always using @ the poor. That is how they make all there money.
