I am seriously thinking about relocating and would like to know some great places to live, please no harsh responses, have been thinking about moving for a while, well I think I am almost over the edge. Thanx for your serious answers in advance. There is a reason why I put this question where I put it, I want answers from my own people, or people who are open minded, no offense to anyone, just want to live with my people for a change, thanx again.

spiritcavegrl,
I would think that Northern Coastal Oregon would be so excellent to live in. There is a lot of rain there, but I love rain. You can check out Astoria on the internet. Oddly enough, the house that was in The Goonies is in that area. The link I'm giving you will have a camera on it . Link to the camera and you can control it yourself. The Goonies house is on the list of presets, but look at the place around the hills and whatnot:

Well not knowing who you are or what you enjoy, but I can recommend a small town near me. I would live there but the commute would be too long.
Lawrence Kansas. It is about 1/2 hour west of Kansas City. Being so close to Kansas City you have access to all of what this major metro area can provide.
However Lawrence Kansas is a college community. home to KU a wonderful college to go to school if you need to finish or get an education. KU is affectionaly know as GayU.
The town has a very open feeling. Gays and lesbians walk the main streets of town holdinghands and kissing. The college helps provide an open and artistic side to this town I have only seen in like San Francisco.
Great food, shopping, college and cost of living all add up to a wonderful town.

Not sure what exactly your tastes are. Plus you didn't mention where you live now!
If you can afford it, San Diego and San Francisco are great. Parts of LA are nice - West Hollywood.
The Seattle and Portland Metro Areas are nice.
There would never be a dull moment for you in Lower Manhattan.
Northhampton MA has a big lesbian community.
In Canada I'd shoot for either Montreal, Quebec, Toronto, Halifax or Vancouver, BC.

Gosh, I'm going to put in a second vote for San Diego. The climate, the people and diversity, the things to do! Wow. It's not a cheap place to live, and you'll have to have a good job. I don't know how easy that is to find there, I never tried. But it's a great place to be GLBT

The best place to live is the one you feel comfortable, and at easy, do not matter which place in the planet earth, just among the people that understand you and you understand them; you make your life the way you want.
