There usually is not a definite first sign. It is not like there is a checklist for symptoms really. Why.....do you feel something? I suggest you get a cancer screening, just to be safe. Doctors these days have their heads up their a-sses, so even if there were to be some sort of checklist, I am sure they would screw it up. So like I said...get screened. I am actually going to get one.....I have been having an issue in my shoulder for 2 years now....and they thought it was rotator cuff....but surprise it is not. So now I am a little freaked.

back aches.....my doctor told me I had signs of female cancer because of the aches I had in my back....I had some test done and two days later I found out I had cervical cancer.... I say you notice anything in your body that dont feel right....go get it checked out!!!

losing your hair is just 1 that i know of, please this is a serious situation, please make an appt with your doctor right away, i lost a cousin last-month from cancer, because of the idiot doctors she had she suffered for OVER a year . good luck
