I live in Spain and my boss doesn't speak English, so most of the time I just continue answering as if I was doing "REALLY IMPORTANT WORK STUFF" - it bothers me when he asks me to do something specific though, then I can't carry on answering!
Also, I have to "minimise" if it's a question which has any word similar to the same word in Spanish - I'll get caught one day, but until then.....
Still, I'm indispensable anyway, 'cos my boss is lovely, but useless!
