Arrange for TONY, JOHN and GORDON to be put into the old fashioned penal system of the "stocks" and locate in Trafalgar Square.

Then simply charge a meagre £1 for 3 goes at chucking un-savoury items at them.

You will have your £150,000 in next to no time.

The only thing I can think of that would raise that kind of money would be a concert with the likes of the Rolling Stones, Ozzy Osborne, and maybe Rod Stewart. Maybe using these for a two night concert. Have a two day ticket as well as selling one day tickets too. Reserve a forth of the tickets for the two day tickets and the rest single day tickets.

it would be big and very snazzy, and it would involve rich people buying tables for their corporate clients. Famous people would donate items which would be auctioned. There would be some kind of fun particpatory activity, perhaps some quiz format ripped off the telly so people know what they're getting. This can only be done if it's a well known and universally liked charity.

Film-a-thon.

Play a weekend of non-stop films across the cinemas of London.

It'll take a lot of blagging and publicity.

Good luck.
