Windows Movie Maker...
It's free... install nothing!!! It's already on your computer!(XP of course)
Though, it sucks completely.

The simplest one you can use is the Windows Movie Maker software which comes for free with Windows OS. To get a rich set of effects, you need to install the Movie Maker 2 Pack. There you’ll find a lot of video effects under various categories. You can get the download from the following link.

The Magical Jelly Bean Keyfinder is a freeware utility that retrieves your Product Key (cd key) used to install windows from your registry.
