Yes, I have thought of that. But what are the chances of that being true? Do you mean that for every cell in the human body there is, like, a world or something? Every second millions of cells die, without the aid of cancer or anything else. Just imagine how many deaths there are. Yes, you make sense, but not in a logical way. And besides, how do you know if they have chemotherapy or something up there?
You're not the only one to propose that. Science fiction stories abound with that kind of theme. As I said, possible but highly improbable.
I'm sorry I have to be so blunt. Hope I've helped.(^_^)

95% of all the mass of life on planet Earth is single cell. You exist in their universe, not yours.
The reason we continue to exist is that bacteria has enoyed having us around, mainly because we are good for business, killing off its range of enemies.
But make no mistake, if the Earth was fed up, it can quite easily cook up an effective pandemic as it has in the past...
Deep huh? Take some time to read it again...

If you look at this in a figurative way, then yes I totally agree with you... We are killing off our precious planet and no one seems to care! People need to start opening their eyes and see what we are doing... but I fear that when that time comes, it will be too late! Time is passing us by and everyone will turn around and say, "Gee, what happened? I didn't do anything wrong?" But the point is we need to start doing things right!

Ok, that is seriously a creepy thought! I wouldn't want to be living inside a cell of a person and I certainly wouldn't want anything to be living in me! Now you're giving me nightmares.

I think this was essentially the plot of Madeleine L'Engle's A Wind In The Door.

This is a fairly common idea. Macro vs micro. Interesting conjecture, totally unprovable and equally possible.

Nope. Can't say as I've ever thought that. I have, on occasion, comtemplated how infinitessimal my own existence is, and how infinite the Universe is, but not what you're describing.

Yeah when I was 7. Nothing original. You will find it in Buddhist stories too.
