I had a dream (nightmare) that my ex boyfriend stole my car then when I went to search for it, I found he was a murder and he was by a river, and used explosives and would set the river on fire, and let his victims think they escaped before another person from the town (like a police officer) would come (it was a conspiracy) and they'd brutally murder the person.
What does this mean?

this is simply telling you that the path of life your on was shaken up by this ex ,,,,you could not find your way and felt like he had taken something from you emotionally ,he made you mad and you fought ,he more then likely was an individual who flaunted anytime you wanted to have a say in something he did not respect you and it looks like he will never really change .
so your subconscious is telling you that indeed you have done the right thing and that it looks like he has not changed his ways and is ready to hurt someone else emotionally also .
hey on a personal note i knew a girl in Lebanon Maine way back in 1966 ---1968----------her name was Astrid like yours [that is not a common name ------[long blonde hair -------she had a brother gosh i can not remember his name though :{:{:{
anyway her and i were friends for a couple of years ,she would come to my house and i would go to hers ,,,my maiden name is beach .
i have tried searching for her on the Internet for many years never came across her ,,,,,

Many of the problems you may be facing could be just the tip of the iceberg on what is really happening in your marriage. I dont mean to scare you but many problems when they either first show up or if they keep reoccurring could be just whats showing from a larger problem that either you or your spouse cannot even see. One of the only things you can do to help is to talk honestly and openly with each other in the marriage. If things become more serious more serious options need to be looked at as possibilities. Love is a choice that is made everyday when you wake up and every night when you go to sleep. Some days you may not feel the original feeling but love isnt a feeling or an emotion. Its an action a verb. Falling out of love may just mean you need to spice things up a little or that you were never in love in the first place. Don't just get out of a marriage just because you don't think you like the person anymore.

spirit and hurt many other people yet he
used many others with influence to cover
his tracks,and help him get away with his
crimes,or acts of violation against other people.

them,while others are part of your mind just

if I were doing an interpretation for you, it may read, something like this........first, depending on how much your car means to you, it could represent the same thing as a house would in a dream, which is to mean..the self... (your x-boyfriend stole a very big part (important) of your self)...and you went to search for it... you knew you wanted to get that part of your self back... maybe you lost your self esteem, etc... you lost something very important, to your boyfriend....... water represents many things in dreams, cleansing and spirituality... I get though, that this particular dream, that your boyfriend may have tried to take the very essence of who you were, the spirit part, the decision making part, the explosives (the part that violated and destroyed the most important part of who you were/are).......I see you taking on the psyche of everyone in this dream, so to speak.... you are the police officer who tries to rescue you..(you knew you were in an abusive or non-nuturing relationship and needed help), the victims thinking they had escaped also represents you.... you, at times had convinced yourself that it was "ok" to stay with this very unstable person who was not good for you. this dream could represent alot..... there are alot of different twists and turns here.........it is interesting.........I could proubably write a couple of pages on it.........

The best thing is to go and get all the things you like first does he work are he says he does,and does he live with you? what ever don't raise a flag to your self just get a few things and leave town and don't look back because the car thief mass murder could be behind you change your e-mail address and look for a new BF. This person hurt you bad and stole a part of your heart
This would come out in your dreams as a theft or a killing
Search yourself sweety, Heal and these will stop
You still feel for this person deep down and your conscience is showing it

It could just be a worst case scenario, a nightmare and nothing more. See humans are the only animals afraid of the dark, and thats because unlike other animals we have the power of pure imagination. Sometimes our imaginations force us to believe things we don't want to see, or even think.
To add a little bit of humor (please don't be offended) when we rest we may have good dreams but your brain may just go "Screw you, you're not allowed to be this happy!" and thats it
