i have done my PG from kuvempu university in OPEN university system. i HAVE CLEARED 10 th class and intermediate AND i have not done BACHEOLORS DEGREE. Am I eligible for applying CIVIL SERVICES EXAMINATION OF upsc. PLEASE GIVE ME EARLY REPLY

Hello friend.
U have done post graduation. without Bachler degree. thats fine.
i think your course would be five years integraded course thats why u are eligible for UPSC examination.
