I have too many favourites, half of which are from Kevin Smith movies (aka Silent Bob), but a line I use quite often as a toast or on birthday cards was from The Long Kiss Goodnight, Geena Davis's husband in the movie used it to toast everyone on Christmas: "May the best of your past be the worst of your future" - I think it's a really good sentiment.

There is an idea of a Patrick Bateman; some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me: only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable... I simply am not there/There are no more barriers to cross. All I have in common with the uncontrollable and the insane, the vicious and the evil, all the mayhem I have caused and my utter indifference toward it I have now surpassed. My pain is constant and sharp and I do not hope for a better world for anyone, in fact I want my pain to be inflicted on others. I want no one to escape, but even after admitting this there is no catharsis, my punishment continues to elude me and I gain no deeper knowledge of myself; no new knowledge can be extracted from my telling. This confession has meant nothing.

This is from snateh a bit longer the a line but very good.
There are two types of balls, there
are big brave balls and there are
little mincy ****** balls.
So you're obviously the big dick,
and they on either side of you, must
be your balls.
I am talking for your benefit. Now
dicks have drive, and clarity of
vision.
But they're not clever, they smell
*****, and they want a piece of the
action, and the dimmer the dick, the
less he cares about the consequences,
and you thought you smelt gooood ol
*****, and have brought your little
mincy ****** balls along for a gooood
ol time, but you have got your parties
muddled up, there is no ***** here,
just a dose to make you wish you
were born a woman.. . .
And just like a prick, you are having
second thoughts; you're shrinking,
and your little balls are shrinking
with you.

I would love to quote from one of the all time greats, but there is something about Jonny Depp saying the following line that is just irresittable to me.
"Me? I'm dishonest, and a dishonest man you can trust to be dishonest... Honestly. It's the honest ones you want to watch out for"
Captain Jack Sparrow,
Pirates Of the Carribean, Curse of the Black Pearl

I can't believe that in three pages no one has suggested this:
"I have something to say: It is better to burn out, than to fade away!" The Korg - Highlander
Also, out of the four quotes from Gone with the Wind, only one got it right.. hahaha, couldn't have been that memorable!

"I want more life...F*cker." Rutger Hauer as Roy Batty in Blade Runner
Also from the same film and actor:
"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die."
