If you are referring to current political events then the answer is no. There are either no bad guys or there are no good guys when it comes to these political games. For example, let's take the Iran-USA nuclear talks. Both sides believe that they are the good guys and that what they believe is the way things should be. It all depends on the perspective. I think that America is the bad guy now since they don't want to allow Iran to have nuclear technology, however, if Iran would abuse the technology they have and attack Israel then Iran would be the bad guy (even though Israel deserves it).
As I said, there are no good guys and there are no bad guys. There are only subjective opinions about right and wrong.

good, they see themselves as being determind to fulfill a mission that they feel they have to do,they know its wrong but they feel that its the only way to do it and any way its done is the right way.they feel the same way as the good guys.
