no that would have nothing to do w/ it-did you take an antibiotic for the uti-b/c thats where the yeast infection came from-use monistat 3-if it doesnt clear up in a wk for the yeast infection you may need to call your dr to do a bacteria culture-or u may just be prone to getting frequent uti's -if thats a case you can have underlying factor-maybe its your kidneys

No, that has nothing to do with the other. And you probably had to take antibiotics for your UTI. If you did, it's very common for women to develop a yeast infection after being on antibiotics b/c it disturbs your ph. So, that could be why you had both at once. Don't worry, unfortunately, a lot of other women get this two-fer also. But it has nothing to do with you shaving, I assure you. I've shaved for 4 years, and it's made no difference.

no . . shaving won't give you a yeast infection . . . try to keep your pubic area cleaned and very dry . . don't wear tight pants . . wear cotton panties . . .

no shaving won't do that. the antibiotic probably was the cause. But if you shaved for that bikini and swim alot, sitting around in a wet bathing suit brings them on as well.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

I just think it's an unlucky co-incidence. I hope you get better soon.
