YES and No. If you are sleeping with both your wife and girlfriend, you could be the "middle man" in all the trouble and if not, then maybe there are some health issues both of them need to take care of. Have you tried finding out what sort of infections they are? you should. If they are similar then you could be the cause and MUST do something about it. Try to get treatment for them, especially your wife, since she is somewhat confined. She might be getting them from not breathing 'down there'
No offence please but how do you sleep with your wife when she is in a wheel chair? And if you still can do that, why do you need a girlfriend? hmn?

its bad enough your wife being in a wheelchair . then you have to pass a yeast infection on to her ,did it ever cross your mind knowing you was still sexually active with your wife to use protection, something also telling me that you are justifying having girlfriends because your wife's in a wheelchair

yeast infections are more common during the summer. Being in a wet bathing suit can bring them on, but most definitely she can be getting the infections through you. you can be passing them back and forth.

Yes your spreading it back and forth even a condom wont help you have it too.put some of that over the counter cream on it for several days.use a qtip and stuff it up inside your penis and stop cheating!
