I'm currently doing push-ups every two days (three sets of 20 push-ups with an interval of 30 seconds each). Can anyone suggest some good exercise techniques that do not require any equipment?

What about the diet?

dips, pullups, and pushups are all excellent ways to build the upper body without requiring much if any equipment. here are seven variations of the pushup - try them all, see what you like.

push ups are the most straightforward, but you can do them with your feet on a chair to get more of your upper chest, and you can also do dips (normally you'd need a dip bar) with two chairs or a counter or something. That is a really good chest excersize.
