What do you mean by dissolve? Disprove? Refute?

Philosophies are all elaborations of some worldview based on some mode of thought and the use of certain thought tools. There are monists, for example, who hold that there is one; dualists, that there are two; trialists, that there are three realities or modes or basic structures, and so on. Usually, four is the upper limit for types of realities (see Paul Weiss). You can't "prove" a philosophy or "disprove" it, though you can show that some of the argments in support of it are invalid or are based on false premises.

Science, on the other hand, is a method of gaining knowledge. You can't prove or disprove (if this is what dissolve means) science. This method of gaining knowledge is based on formulating hypotheses and finding supporting or refuting evidence. Reliable knowledge of physical reality yields technology based on it. What you can dissolve (in the sense of disprove) are specific hypotheses--you can show that the facts do not support some hypothesis or that there is a counter-example. I suppose you could displace (another sense of dissolve) science if you could develop a more reliable and fruitful method of gaining knowledge, but I'm not holding my breath as all the other so-far-proposed alternatives to science (intuition, revelation, etc.) are nothing but hot-air coming from wind-bags.

According to Wittgenstein the real answer would not lie in the solution but dissolution of the problem...but then he found himself in a language quandary. Is language the medium?

I know that there is a answer for each question. so I thinks if your problem is the true question it will be dissolved.

The way some people talk, you'd think that had already happened! Yes, it is possible, but improbable.
