You can make him talk in the following manner.
First, wait until he is walking down the street. Grab him and drag him into an unmarked van. Take him to a windowless room lit only by a single bulb. Have two people in the room. One will act kind, and offer your hamburger drinks of water and cigarettes, while the other will shout and threaten the hamburger with physical violence. Keep the bulb focused on the hamburger, ensuring it gets real hot. Ask questions, repeating them over and over. Do NOT let him sleep or use the restroom. He will eventually crack and start talking.

Take out the ketchup, mustard, slice an onion, tomato, add a leaf of lettuce & of course a slice of dill pickle - put this on the bottom half of a hamburger bun, take the top half of the bun put it on top of your head, stick the bottom half under your chin - now you are either A) disguised as a fellow hamburger or B) threatening

Just lettis tell U a tomato or two about Your Little Beef Patty! If You really Mayo him,someday he will mustered up the courage to tell u all his pickles.And then If his Breath smells like onions U can try a little salt and pepper.But dont ever add cheese. you dont want to change who he is!

You have to talk a lot to him and reward him for his accomplisments. Letting him play with other talking hamburgers may improve his talking skills too, at least it'll stimulate him more :D LOL

cant help you there but if you had a pet hot dog i could tell you about a great doggy training program my pet hot dog is now house trained and can even answer silly questions like this on line infact i am the trianed hot dog.
