would you ever go back to working for someone else?

Quite the range of answers you got. To answer your questions, my wife and I have a home based business. We have been successful enough that I was able to retire at age 43 from the "linear" workforce. I now enjoy being a stay at home dad. Our next goal is to get my wife retired as well. Would I ever go back? Absolutely not!! The beautiful thing about my job, is that I get to pick who I work with, that is a huge advantage. cyf.makemoreathome.com

My husband and I each do. Some days............ But most of the time we are to happy to work for someone else. It would be such a big change. We have each owned our own business for 15+ years!!

I'm a massage therapist and web page designer. I would never go back to working for someone. Long hours, office gossip and pain in the butt supervisors I can live without!

Wouldn't dream of it. Being self-employed has turned me into a "bad" employee. I have learned too much about financial freedom to ever go back and encourage others to do the same.

Lots of people own their own businesses. Successful ones will be too busy to bother with yahoo answer website or other blog crap.
