any time is a safe so long as you don,t have some kind of sexual disease and even if you hav,ant you should always use a condom

Well,that is a contradiction within itself.There is no "safe" time for sex anytime you have sex reguardless of how far or near you period is.Anytime,you have sex you are taking the chance of getting pregnant or picking up an std.Please,be safe and protect yourself.If you are considering having sex and/or are sexually active then i would suggest you go to an obgyn in your area and get put on birth control.Birth control however,isnt 100% effective as many women concieve when on the pill and they do not prevent you from contracting stds.I would suggest you use another form of protection as well as the pill but then you still have a slim chance but its still there.The only full proof "safe" way to have sex,is to not have sex at all.If you arent already active please wait,as many women and men alike once they are older regret having sex at a young age.Good luck and be careful.

if you are asking what is the safest way not to get pregnant then having NO SEX AT ALL is the safest way. and you might want to check out your grammar it isn't making sex it is making love or having sex

2 in the morning is the safest time for making the sex didn't they teach you this in sexual ed. At 2 in the morning you are less likely to get the aids and pregnant plus if your partner is sleeping she wont resist.

during your period. the 1st thru 3rd day of it is probably best if your cycles are pretty regular.
just use a condom, k?
