Georgie is gonna love this... but here's my update on Ortiz.
One of the side effects of hGH (Human Growth Hormone) is heart damage.
Its pretty odd that a 32 year old man who's never had these problems before, and as a professional athelete, sees a barrage of doctors on a constant basis... suddenly develops a heart condition at such a young age.
As if this wasn't suspicious enough, Ortiz is trained by the same guy who got caught smuggling steroids across the US/Canadian border for Juan Gonzales (who, at the time, was playing for Cleveland).

Probably hasn't been checked quite yet. Its not steroids though. A bunch of people are saying its a common side effect of HGH but if it was actually common then why are there no other players having the same problems? Because its not a common problem. Heart problems come from extreme steroid MISUSE, hardly something you would expect from a professional athlete who probably has one of the best athletic trainers in the world. Muscle and immune system problems are more common, two things that Ortiz has not had. Sorry just getting sick of the steroid junk...let players play the game and punish them if they're caught.

He's checked into a hospital in Boston for evaluation. Had palpitations this week and it's the second occurrence in two weeks.

and why do you keep harping on that fact?
Do you get a kick of the pain of others?
It seems like that is all yankee fans do anymore.
Instead of enjoy what little lead you have, you choose to be hateful
That is not very nice.
