They are sister by birth, B is a little mentally ill but not willing to forgive A even tho no harm was done. A answered she threw with intent to cause harm out of anger when B called the police. Is there anyway to help A cut short her sentencing? A in now kept at bay in a mental institute. A is more educated but very hot tempered, gets easily agitated verbally too. Help needed please. Thank you for any commends that you may share.

These ladies need anger management help. Hopefully they can get some in connection with this case. Also try recovery-inc.com for ways to help them manage their anger.

If the hotheaded sister can show that she is managing her anger she may prevail upon the states attorney or judge for leniency.

if A is already in a mental institute, then there must be some sort of mental disorder there. this should be presented as mitigation . any sentenced would then be served in an institution rather than a prison. it would also probably be a shorter sentence.

Both need to be in a mental institution. Or at least 'B' need prozac to help her mental state and to calm her down.

Lastly....get away from this situation. These women are dangerous.

go talk to the state attorney.......ask for a reduced sentence if plead guilty to a lesser charge of......
emproper exchange with a deadly weapon....
this is not a felony and most times to save a trial.....with family........they will do it.
probation......community service and court cost is the sentence with time served and anger managment classes.

i think they should both be in their, we dont need more people like that on our streets, just let her get the help that she needs first ok,
