No, our body performs some metabolic reactions without presence of oxygen hence called anaerobic. eg. anaerobic respiration in muscles leads to formation of lactic acid.

well, oxygen is present in many of the compounds that participate in the metabolic reactions in the body. but, isolated oxygen does not enter into all metabolic reactions. atp (adenosine trinucleotide phosphate) is one of the main energy sources used to drive a majority of the reactions.
