There is a debate going on in my workplace whether bosco, the puppet that used to be on RTE television is male or female. Can anyone clarify this for me?

Bosco was a little boy, there is no debate, a new DVD has come out on his old shows and he is referred to as a boy a few times. Hope that clarifies things for you.... if not go buy the DVD!!!

Years and years (and I do mean years) ago Bosco used to be a syrup you mixed with milk to make a choclate drink. This was in America. Is anyone here old enough to remember that?

It took me YEARS to find out if Tweety bird and Elmo are males or females...now there's Bosco to add on to our mystery list?! Man, no wonder our kids' minds are warped these days!

i think it was a female, cuz i seen dustin the turkey having dinner with bosco in dublin last week and they looked very intimate. but rodge and podge ruined their evening by flicking butter pats at them.
