The weather reports say that the temporature in some parts of Europe is very high. Even in England, some times it's higher than tropical area or eastern Asia.

Does the high temporature mean it's exactly that warm? Or temporature doesn't show everything; it stills feels just fine? If you have been to eastern Asia or some tropical countries recently, what do you say?

I don't intend to prove nor establish anything. I don't want to to discuss whether global warming is really taking effect.

In fact I'm not in Europe now. I'm now in a country in which I always feel the weather imbearable. i miss the cool summer in Europe a lot. When I saw the reports that the temporature is so high, I feel a bit sad because there might not be a suitable climate for me now.

How can you say you prefer a warmer summer? Godt.

July in England was unbearably hot but August has been very cool. I know parts of Europe are still stifling. I think this heat is very localised.

Subjective or personal assessments of the weather aren't of much use as people have different sensitivities to heat and cold. You need to use objective measurements. In England, they say that the Spring is much earlier and warmer than the previous 100 years. The same for some other parts of Europe. Certainly this Summer and last have been hotter than normal. Other places have been wetter than normal. Also, there are always temperature variations that don't mean there is a trend.

The intent (purpose, motivation) of your question is not evident. Is it just idle curiosity (which is perfectly OK) or are you trying to establish (prove) something?

Sadly the American President has shifted the planet Earth into a orbit which is much closer to the flames of Hades. It is getting hot and hotter everywhere!

Not global warming but global skewering...

Yes, it is, 3.6 °C above the 1961-1990 average, which is in the exceptionally above average category. In fact July was the warmest month ever in the series - the previous warmest month was July 1983 with 18.6 °C.
