Can someone please help me.?

My computer just stopped booting, what do you suggest the problem could be because i have tried all I can to fix it to no avail.

Please help me.

You can start by providing details such as, is it a laptop or desktop? do you hear any noise? are system lights coming on? Do you hear any beeps and if so how many? If you are not hearing or seeing anything, check to make sure the receptacle its plugged into is working. If the receptacle works and you have a desktop, the power supply has gone bad. Have someone remove it and replace it with a new one. Buy one that has a higher wattage output while you are at it!

if you use windows xp find a copy of the cd and try to boot with the cd on the machine. (if necessary set the BIOS motherboard to boot from cd: usually you enter the bios pressing del while the computer powers up, then use the arrow keys to select the appropriate menu item like "BOOT FEATURES" and make the cd-rom the first device to boot.

I am afraid you are screwed.
Sounds like a hard drive failure.

Bring to a store that can fix it.

If it's an old comuter, buy new one.

It is not worth fixing old computers.

I hope you have a backup of ALL your stuff you had on the hard drive.

It should give out a series of beeps when you power it up. those are diagnostic codes. If you put 'diagnostic codes' in a search engine, that should tell you whats wrong. Come back and ask how to fix it.

when this has happen to me it has been the motherboard
you push buttons nothing happens
ive had two die on me in this way
power supplys can go also.
ive blown two of them got to hot and i didnt have an any fans running .
