Well, sometimes it's expected of people to put some thought into their queries.
For example, If your new microwave doesn't work the way you want it to, you should at least read through the instruction manual (which any literate person can do without much trouble) before asking a friend to help you out.
It's a matter of common sense at times as well. I know a lot of tech support people who just get these kinds of calls: "My computer won't turn on!"
"Is it plugged in?"
"Yeah it is! I'm not stupid!"
"Is the monitor turned on?"
"Oh... okay, thanks".
If the problem is simple, it can often be solved with some simple investigation, whether you need to read a few directions on the box, a short search on the internet, or simple prodding and tinkering.
If those fail, that's the time you can feel welcome on asking a question without fear of being flamed (usually).

maximum demanding tale line award is going to: a million. the completed Adam, Ashley, Victor difficulty. that's growing older and that's soo demanding. they are extremely dragging this on too lengthy. Why can't they disclose him already ? The evidence is like excellent in the front of their faces. I hated the very incontrovertible reality that on immediately's epi. Mary J. wore Sabrina's gown and scared Ashley after her wedding ceremony. end torturing her already ! Plus the extremely-sound difficulty changed into too a lot! that's unhappy... Dragging it on way 2 lengthy!! P.S. i don't love that they'll mess with JT/Victoria - Colleen is a skank. i did not like Victoria in view that this new actress took over yet once she attached with JT - i extremely loved how they performed off of one yet another. I agree - lovable couple.

It's only a stupid question if you already know the answer to it.
