always remember to prioritize your studies 1st if you're still in school. focus on your lessons and stuffs and avoid day dreaming about the person you're in love with when you're supposed to listen and take down notes on your prof's lectures. you could also use that person you're inlove with as an inspiration. ex.---> i've got a friend who used to have bad grades then started having good grades when she had her boyfriend. actually, being in love while still studying could also be an advantage. give extra effort on your academics and extra curricular to impress that person... and remember, stay focused.

Self-discipline. If you succeed in school you will be better able to take care of your loved one(s) later on in life as you will be more likely to make a better wage. Think of the future, and study, study, study!

look, ironically, why does love "blocks" you from achieving good grades? love should be motivational. think about having a good future for you and someone you love. think about proving to that particular person that you can do it. think about making the person you love proud. that will motivate you. hope that helps. remember: love is motivational!
