Yep! Your thermostat is confused! Quite a common thing for a lot of us.
Make sure you eat little and often, that can help keep you more constant.

Definitely common. I'm now 9months pregnant (he's 2 days overdue!!) so had to cope through the summer which was a nightmare. All I could do was leave the window wide open at night, and spray myself with water all the time. Oh, and drink lots. =)

Unfortunalty yes! I was like this during all of my pregnancy and it annoyed the hell out of both me and my partner. Try putting a damp flannel on both of your wrists (and ankles if your really hot). I tried this and I slept alot better and found that I feel alseep alot quicker. I also found it alot nicer if i slept with a sheet rather than a quilt. Hope this helps! Good luck x x

It's very common. My electric bill has doubled this month because of it. It reminds me a lot of how menopausal women describe hot flashes. It's all hormonal. Congratulations soon to be mommy!

It's common. Hormonal changes happen during pregnancy and also menopause.
