In my case:
My penis changes drastically because I am one of those rare guys cursed with the "telescopic d*ck"; In it's "natural" state, it's like a limp overcooked noodle, but once I get aroused, it becomes massively hard, thick, and much larger in dimension. My wife says it's quite a sight to see the before and after.
As I get more and more aroused, if properly stimulated (via touch; hand or mouth for example) my member also becomes harder and harder, also turns to a more red-ish color. It also appears to be pointing north alot more as the stimulation continues.
The result of orgasm can sometimes variy but in my case it often ends up with a powerful ejaculation which lasts about 20 to 50 seconds (in my case).

when a man becomes aroused, his penis is engulfed with blood which causes an erection to occur. sometimes, precum with accompany the erection, especially if the guy is truly turned-on and super erect (hard). precum is a clean colorless liquid the serves as a lubricant. i've tasted precum----nothing special.
at the end of intercourse the male ejaculates a white, sticky, gooey liuid called semen. I have never tasted semen, but my wife has told me it's sometimes very difficult to swallow as it adheres to her throat as she swallows it. she also states that the ejaculate does not always taste the same. i believe what i have recently eaten causes the taste to change.
