It's possible that you have some muscular damage, but I would not hesitate to take myself off to the Doctors asap.

Young man, what ever you need to do, the first thing is see a Doctor.

Any chest pain, or a pain that starts at the shoulder and runs down the arm can be very serious.

Don't let your age and fitness fool you, it may be a problem that has nothing to do with your physical fitness.


Just to let you know that last month the Strongest Man in the World died in his parents bathroom..........one earlier he had a pain in his chest and couldn't breath and died taking a shower!

i get stabbin chest pains every day sometimes so bad i cant breathe and have a panic attack i ve been told its costochrondritis, i feel its my heart but docs say not, explain your pains a bit more mine are in the middle of my chest were my heart is,hope this helps but go docs to b sure

not normal pal..... go get yourself tested , may be muscular pain or anything, logical to see a physician if you can... all the best

i have it several years ago, i see a doctor, he said it's normal.
sleep with yor chest upside. or go see your doctor
