There are no Americans awake at this hour. The Ministry of Homeland Security passed curfew laws which apply to internet as well that all American must be sleeping after midnight until 4 am. This mean no American must not be awake at this hour or else they can be prosecuted under terror laws. Do you know of any breaking rules please call the homeland department.
