the tube between ur scrotum and ur top part of the head of the penis is not straight it there something wrong?

The urethra (the tube I think you're describing, where your urine comes out of your body) is generally governed by the shape of your penis, so if your penis is curved then your urethra will be too.

It is natural for a penis to be curved and almost all men 'dress' to either the left or the right

If you still have concerns then perhaps talk to a male adult friend/relative that you trust.
