I would say the UK or Canada. Nothing against America but Health care cost are a big worry for me. In America things are going to get much worse (in this area) before they get better.
...sadly, they may NEVER get better. The cost of Health Insurance is going to be far beyond the reach of most middle class and all of the working poor in America.
The number 1 reason for bankruptcy in America?
