Basically, I need ideas on how to stop copyrights being violated (people buying and selling fake wares, such as software, medication, etc)

Dispose of the Black market. This is best done by disposing of greed. If greed drives the price too high- someone will sell it cheaper.

Short of having a "strong-arm" friend visit and talk to them, the next best device is to start a court action and sue them.
When there is no gain and a great deal of loss, including their reputation, most people will not steal your work.

sell more for less, or include a lottery, a price, a t-shirt, a concert ticket...
there are many ways they could limit piracy...this is why i think they are more interested to make money by sueing people than changing the system...
