He is a free agent because Everton released him in the summer. I know that the Scottish team St. Mirren tried to sign him in the summer but the transfer broke down because Duncan wouldn't accept the low wages that St. Mirren offered him.

Duncan Ferguson is now retired due to long standing injuries.. No one believes me when i tell them he could´ve been one of the best players in the world. I remember when he was playing for Newcastle in a european game and it was a corner for Newcastle and he got 2 of their players in a headlock in each arm.. I can´t remember the last time i laughed so hard at a match.. hilarious.. i wish i could find the clip!

The 'Big Man' as us Everton fans call him mostly spends his weekends at Goodison Park watching Everton. He is a free agent and will probably announce his retirement soon.
