I'm sure you have heard that you might have attention deficit disorder. There is medication you can get for that. If that isn't to your liking I have personally taken supplements like Focus Factor and Surge (which is actually a bodybuilding supplement, not a steriod.) which has helped me in the past. You could also try cutting down on caffeine and sugar, doing mental exercises like crossword puzzles etc.

best for u would be to do medetations atleast while starting your day it will help u to resolve daily tentions and would help u to find your inner self deeply
secondly always havea positive view towards ilfe and think about some thing u like when got distracted

Set small daily goals along side the bigger lofty goals.

That way you can see achievement everyday, it will motivate you to complete more goals...

note down on ur hands or somewhere.....i usually do that.....also try sitting somewhere alone for like 5-10 minutes and think of the things you should really do
