how and when was the greek empire started declining?

During whose reign the greeks starting losing their territorial dominance. I am looking for the shift from Greek to Roman dominance.

The beginning of Roman dominance came out of the Pyrrhic wars. See link below for more details.
The period was around 280 bc
The prominent Greek name of the time; Pyrrhus of Epirus.
