i want to know how in the heck do people make those up side down question marks because i see people in chat rooms doing it all the time just want to know how to do it too please help and thanks:)

With "Alt" key pressed, press 0191 and then release Alt key...
In windows you have charmap.exe which gives you the keystroke and other information about all the special characters...
Type "charmap" in the "Start -> Run" prompt....

This is accessable from the character map in Windows. You can also hold the ALT key and type 0191 on the number pad.
On a Mac, you can hold the Option key and push ?.
