You probably found these with Spybot Search & Destroy.
These are NOT spyware, they are just "suspicious" (I use the term loosely) notices on your computer. These are actually just what they say they are. They deal with alert warnings Windows gives when Anti-virus & Firewall programs are disabled.
So don't worry. Right click on them (the next time you do a scan) and select "Exclude from future searches". Make sure you do this for these two ONLY. From what I've learned, these are the only two "false alerts" Spybot S&D gives.
Some other Spybot users have talked about this in the past. For more info:

Those programs are Spyware removers. The spybot has found that your AV program and firewall has been disabled. If spyware had done this spybot would have given the name of the spyware. This was done by a virus. This is common of a trojan. Run your antivirus program.

This is not a virus or adware. Your PC is fine. But it's very vulnerable. You have no antivirus software installed and you have no firewall and you have notification disabled in Security Center. Get Antivirus and Firewall software, DEFINITELY. Zonealarm is a free firewall, get it here http://www.zonelabs.com/store/content/company/products/znalm/freeDownload.jsp?dc=12bms&ctry=US&lang=en&lid=staticcomp_za). It's strong security and easy to set up and use and it will stop the firewall notification. Also run Panda Activescan also free here http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/activescan?NRMODE=Published&NRORIGINALURL=%2factivescan%2f&NRNODEGUID=%7b3B202047-35D4-4DA2-B310-B1DBEC2971F2%7d&NRCACHEHINT=Guest once a week or so. It will still inform you that you don't have active antivirus software running but if you use it often you shouldn't have a problem (I never do). Thanks AMG503, I didn't realize you could exclude them that way. I will use that advice, thanks.

hi,perhaps you can try Norton to remove the virus. but you need to pay for the software.
i also recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.
besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.
download firefox for free:

Best Wishes && Good Luck!

like someone said, you don't have spyware, those are just notifications.
someone suggested yahoo toolbar with antispy. This is not a good program to have. This antispy program actually adds spyware to your computer. Do NOT use it. good luck.

get Norton antivirus, its worth it.
If you can't because your computer is acting funny or something, you may need to re-install your operating system CD and application completely.
